Please Read Our Policies Before Placing an Order
Order Cancellation & Returns
No Cancellations or Swaps: We do not accept order cancellations, changes, or swaps for any reason, including change of mind.
Final Sale: All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item is significantly damaged (see below for definition).
Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim any damage or missing item:
- A 360° uncut parcel opening video is mandatory.
- The video must begin before opening the parcel.
- It must be recorded at standard speed, with no pauses, cuts, or edits.
- Please show all products clearly on camera and end the video only after everything is checked.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
We do not accept change of mind. All sales are final. No return no refund no exchange.
In case of damaged or faulty items approved for return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- You must contact us immediately upon receiving your order if there are any issues.
If approved:
- Items must be returned within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide parcel tracking or contact us for a return label.
- Keep a copy of the tracking and shipping receipt for your records.

Note: Do not send items back without requesting a return first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Store Credit
- If your return is approved, store credit will be issued.
- Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Strictly No Returns/Refunds For:
- Missing pearls/stones on outfits or jewelry.
- Minor scratches, loose hooks, or glued stones.
- Color differences due to lighting or screen resolution.
- Handmade product imperfections (scratches, rough polish).
Refund Process (If Approved)
You will be notified once your return is received and inspected.
If approved, a store credit will be processed.
Damage Claims via Post (Including International Orders)
- All damage or insurance claims must be handled through your local post office
- Damaged parcels must be returned to the post office in original condition with all items included.
- The courier company will assess the damage; the process can take over 3 weeks.
Shipping & Dispatch
Orders are shipped via New Zealand Post and Aramex New Zealand.
Orders dispatch within 1–3 business days.
📦 Domestic Shipping Timeframes:
- Up to 2–5 business days
🌏 International Shipping Timeframes:
- Up to 10–13 business days

Order Pickup Policy
- All pickup orders must be collected within 4 weeks.
- Uncollected orders will be cancelled without refund.
Return-to-Sender Policy
If your parcel is returned due to:
- Unsuccessful delivery, or
- Not being collected from the post office
- You will need to pay the shipping fee again to have it resent.
- Failure to do so within 4 weeks will result in order cancellation without refund.
