Shipping Policy
Each product undergoes thorough quality inspection to ensure we deliver flawless jewelry. Once it passes the quality checks, it is carefully packed in bubble wrap for protection and then placed in mailboxes for safe delivery.
For international orders, shipping rates are calculated for parcels weighing up to 1 kg by default. If the order exceeds 1 kg, we will inform the customer of any additional shipping charges, which must be paid by the customer.
Pickup orders:
All pickups must be completed within 4 weeks of order placement. If you are unable to pick up, please inform us so we can arrange shipping, with shipping fees applicable. Orders not picked up within 4 weeks will be cancelled without a refund.
Customs charges:
International parcels can be subject to the Goods and Services Tax or DUTY that customer have to pay depending on the Customs rules and regulations in their country.
We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier company. However, we guarantee that once an order is placed, it will be handed over to the courier within 2 working days under normal circumstances.
360 uncut parcel opening video is must to claim any damage or missing items during shipping.
Opening video must be started before opening parcel and must be with standard speed, without breaks pause or cuts. Best way is to start recording and open parcel and then show all products in camera to capture defects and stop recording once all items are checked.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on change of mind, so once order is placed it will be delivered at address provided or needs to be picked-up within 4 weeks. If parcel is delivered and address is incorrect and parcel comes back to us, customer must pay shipping charges again. Also if customer failed to collect parcel from collection point and then parcel will come back to us, in that case customer must pay shipping again for transport.
All orders valued under 100 are insured free of cost. If you want you to add extra insurance then choose insurance and shipping option available on checkout.
If you choose not to purchase Extra Cover and your item is lost or damaged, you may still be eligible for compensation of up to $100. This applies to most items sent with us, with claims being assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds can only be processed once advised by post party. We send everything via New Zealand post and only claims of loss, missing or damaged items will be assessed by them.
Shipping and Insurance for international orders is available on orders under $200 value or under 1KG. If value or weight is over the limit, customers will be advised to pay extra for shipping and insurance.
Shipping and Time frames:
- Shipping time depends on each country and state. We ship through the New Zealand post and Aramex New Zealand.
- Shipping for parcels typically takes 2–5 days for delivery.
- International shipping is upto 10–13 working days.
These time frames are standard estimates and may be subject to additional delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
